MDF board

      Medium density fiberboard is a board made from wood fibers or other plant fibers, applied with urea formaldehyde resin or other synthetic resins, and pressed under heating and pressure conditions to produce a density in the range of 0.50-0.88g/cm3. Other suitable additives can also be added to improve the characteristics of the board.
      Medium density fiberboard has good physical and mechanical properties as well as processability, and can be made into boards of different thicknesses. Therefore, it is widely used in furniture manufacturing, construction, and interior decoration industries. Medium density fiberboard is a homogeneous porous material with excellent acoustic properties, making it a good material for making speakers, TV casings, and musical instruments. In addition, it can also be used as a substitute for natural wood in ships, vehicles, sports equipment, flooring, wall panels, partitions, etc. It has the characteristics of low cost, simple processing, high utilization rate, and is more economical than natural wood.
